Hire and Retain the Best Talents

For every business vision to be achieved, it requires not only a good initiative but also a team of talented people who are aligned with the culture of the enterprise. When a candidate is hired, an organization takes risk while handing over a part of the business to the applicant and relying on him to add value. It is crucial for an organization to understand the inherent motivation of the candidate and uniting that drive with the business’ goal, which is, often known only after a period of time of the employee’s experience in the company. dotIn changes this scenario for businesses. With its unique AI-based solution that empowers hiring managers to identify the culturally fit talent, without asking a single question, the application gives them the capacity to recognize the aspects that influence individuals and propel themselves in a specific environment.

Overcoming the Barriers to Hiring a Culturally Fit Talent

During the hiring process, once the talent with the “absolutely required” aptitudes is found, it’s imperative to understand if the individual would work well within a given environment, and that is one of the most critical aspects of what we do—recognizing if the person can culturally fit within a particular ecosystem to help in the overall success of the organization and the candidate.

During a discussion with a hiring manager of a Fortune500 company, he specified about one of the applicants who—within five months into the process of hiring—was found culturally unfit, as well as disruptive in nature, leading for the loss of another experienced top talent in the organization. In another discussion with one of the top franchise companies, they mentioned that 70 percent of the time spent by franchise managers goes in hiring and training processes. A common pain point for many Fortune 500 companies and franchises is, finding the right cultural fit, in a way which is seamless, unbiased and tamper-proof. Presently, this happens via onsite interview processes or when the candidate goes through assessments, which, if attempted a few times, is easy to score. This is where our AI platform comes in; it not only enables the company to hire the best fit, seamlessly and in real-time, it also does it without even asking a single question, which makes it a more tamper-proof hiring strategy. From a hiring perspective, when we deployed our solution, we spare two months of time on an average and remove 80 percent of subjectivity to hire a person with cultural fit.

Enabling Organizations to Engage and Retain Talents

With broad research in the initial three years of dotIn’s founding, we were able to gain insights on users’ personalities and the specific roles that could drive them; the research enabled us to build a solution that could identify a candidate’s learning style, working style, and his compatibility with people around.

Our solution is relevant not only for the hiring process but also for talent engagement and retention. We empower the applicants when they enter by providing a personalized training experience helping them learn quicker and grow faster in their career. When it comes to job rotation, we also recommend a talent on other verticals they can choose to work in, that can blend well with their personality, thus helping organizations on issues of talent stagnation.

Flexibility in Building the Best Possible Solution

Our way of approach to grow quickly in the enterprise sector is by building SaaS solutions that can be seamlessly integrated. We consciously focus on enabling our solution’s features within an existing ecosystem through APIs, allowing organizations to integrate the API as a part of their standalone product lines and use them for employee engagements. It could be an API service for integration into their existing system or if a business wants a complete platform—a web interface, or a mobile application—based on the business needs, our solutions are flexible.
